(must have iOS version 11 or newer)
On your iOS (Apple) Device, goto the App Store
Tap on the search button and type: Teamviewer Quicksupport
Once your search finds the app, tap on it to download the app, When it finishes go back to your home screen
Tap on your "Settings" icon and then tap on "Control Center
Now tap on "Customize Controls"
Scroll down and tap on the + sign next to "Screen Recording"
NOTE: You will now see it added to the top where it says "Include", tap the home button to return to you home screen
You will now see the "QuickSupport icon on one of your iOS screens, Tap on the app to launch the program
After the App launches, you will see the following screen (make note of "Your ID")
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen and select and hold the broadcast icon (lower left hand corner)
Tap on "TeamViewer" to share your screen with the app and then tap "Star Broadcasting" right below it.
Tap the top notification for Quicksupport to switch back to the Quicksupport App to begin your session.
Give the "Your ID" code to your technician (your code will be a different number than shown below)
Tap on "Allow" when notification comes up and you are now ready to go!
